Quick update: The new Thursday practice time has doubled the number of attendees. My two little guys are going to Nationals. Looking forward to South Central Regionals this weekend.

Great practice today! Out of state visitor. Split up into two groups numerous times today. Allowed like speeds to run together. Long race today. Lots of sprints and a couple of passing drills. Everybody is showing improvement. Got to love it. Soon I will have skaters to chase.

6-19-2010: Fast practice today. 2 out of state guests, they were flying. Tried some new sprint drills today. Every one worked very hard and skated fast. What a blast. My legs are toast.

Location: Tulsa OKlahoma | 7-17-2010: 10 skaters today. 4 quads. Back to basics. Resistance bands, double backs, passing drills, lap the pack and finish with a relay. Twas good experience today.

Location: Tulsa OKlahoma | 7-31-2010: Great practice today. My legs are sore. Opening drill;double back 2 min leads drop to the back, the drill(skill work), 2 lap drop backs= 34 min of fun. Lap the pack, 2-timer passing drill, resistance training(3 min right leg, 1 min left leg, 2 min both and build pace. relays.

Outdoor skate Sunday 8-15 at 9a River Parks amphitheater parking lot.
